Authorised CGN staff handle these records. Event reports normally use aggregated data. Any proposal to share your contact details for optional business introductions is presented separately. Marketing updates and optional business matching are separate choices. Declining them does not prevent an application. Essential operational messages may still be sent about your application or event. Keep your private application link and ticket QR secure. Contact CGN to request correction, withdrawal from optional updates, or information about your records.
